DELIVERY LOCATIONS
We currently deliver across Lagos State and to select locations nationwide within Nigeria.
All orders are dispatched from Victoria Island, Lagos.
LAGOS DELIVERY (24-48 HOURS SERVICE)
All deliveries within Lagos are completed within 24 – 48 hours of order processing and dispatch.
Delivery fees are categorized by proximity and automatically calculated at checkout.
Delivery timelines may be affected only in rare cases of extreme weather, security restrictions, or unforeseen courier disruptions.
NATIONWIDE DELIVERY (OUTSIDE LAGOS)
All out-of-Lagos delivery prices listed on this website apply to parcels weighing not more than 5kg.
Please note:
- Prices are calculated based on destination zone and include internal handling costs.
- Additional charges may apply for bulky, oversized, or heavy items exceeding 5kg.
- In such cases, our team will contact you to confirm the revised delivery cost before dispatch.
Delivery Timeframe
📦 Estimated delivery timeline: 3–5 working days, depending on destination and courier operations.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation message with delivery details.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
- Custom or personalised items may require additional preparation time. Where applicable, this will be communicated prior to dispatch.
PICKUP OPTION (VI LOCATION)
Customers may choose to pick up their orders from our Victoria Island location.
Important Notes:
- Pickup is strictly by confirmation only
- Customers will be notified via email or WhatsApp once the order is ready for pickup
- Please do not arrive for pickup until confirmation has been received
- Valid order confirmation may be required at pickup
Pickup is available during our official business hours.
DELIVERY CONFIRMATION & COMMUNICATION
Once your order has been dispatched:
- You will receive a delivery confirmation via email or WhatsApp
- Tracking details will be shared where applicable
Please ensure your phone number is reachable at all times.
FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
If delivery is unsuccessful due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Recipient unavailability
- Unreachable phone number
The order will be returned to the courier.
Re-delivery will attract an additional delivery fee, payable by the customer.
DAMAGES & DELIVERY ISSUES
Customers are advised to inspect orders immediately upon delivery.
If your item arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Notify us within 24 hours of receipt
- Provide clear photos and order details
Issues reported after 24 hours may not be eligible for resolution.
NON-REFUNDABLE DELIVERY FEES
- Delivery fees are non-refundable once an order has been dispatched
- Orders cancelled after dispatch are not eligible for delivery fee refunds
BULK ORDER DELIVERY
Delivery timelines and logistics for Corporate or bulk orders will be communicated separately and confirmed in writing.
